Novotrans to speak about North-west ferry complex at Sep conference

Novotrans top executive will make a presentation about the development of ferry complex Ust-Luga – Kaliningrad in Russia’s north-west at the 10 th annual conference «Rail deliveries of mining and smelting
cargoes».
The event will take place on September 26-27, 2019 at the Lotte Hotel Moscow (Novinsky Blvd. St. 8, building 2).
The expert will focus on the technical upgrade of the ferry complex and further synchronization of its work with railway, maritime and road infrastructures in a bid to boost and improve shipment of mining andmetallurgical cargos between Ust-Luga port and other Baltic ports.
AZPC (Road-Railway Ferry Complex) in the seaport of Ust-Luga is the only transport facility in Russia where cargo is delivered to Russia’s enclave Kaliningrad region and back without crossing the borders of other states.
