Latvia’s expert to speak about hot asphalt use at November conference

A top official from Latvia’s Binders Company will make a presentation about production and use of hot asphalt concrete mixes in Latvia at the 3d International Conference «Organic binders in road construction».
The event will take place on November 28-29 at the InterContinental Hotel Moscow (Tverskaya street, 22).
The expert plans to speak in the framework of the session dedicated to organic binders in cold/hot regeneration technology and production of warm mix asphalt.
