State Committee 418 about technical standards on asphalt &concrete mixes at 12 Mar conf

Nikolay Bystrov, chairman of the Technical committee 418 “Public Roads”, is planning to make a presentation about development of technical standards regarding asphalt and concreate mixes at the international conference “Asphalt concrete mixes and geosynthetics materials in road constructions”.
The event will take place on 12-13 March 2019 at InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya Hotel (Tverskaya str, 22).
Officials from ROSDORNII (Russian Highway Design Research and Production Institution), VAD and Rosavtodor ( Federal Road Agency) are also expected to take part in a panel discussion dedicated to roads’ quality standards within the framework of the conference.
