Public servitude legislation in the focus at February conference

The legislation on public servitude will be discussed within a framework of a special session at the 5th conference «Land use in mineral resources development».
The conference will take place on February 27-28 at Intercontinental Tverskaya hotel (Moscow, Tverskaya 22).
Participants will be presented with:
— Comparison with the classical servitude;
— Procedure, grounds and cases of establishment;
— Payment for public servitude;
— Ratio of servitude and security zones of linear objects;
— Other losses during public servitude
The conference is traditionally attended by representatives from Amur, Archangelsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Murmansk, Omsk, Orenburg, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk, Tyumen regions, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk territories, Khanty-Mansi autonomous district — Ugra, Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district, Republics of Bashkortostan, Komi, Saha (Yakutia), Tatarstan, Tyva and other regions.
