Alexey Shafranov, Vice-president of SG-Trans, one of the leaders of LPG freight companies, will take part in a panel discussion dedicated to cooperation and collaboration between cargo owners and freight companies at the 4th international conference “Rail deliveries of petroleum and gas refined products”.
