Deputy head of federal highway agency to open 15-16 Mar conference

Nikolay Bystrov deputy head of the Russian Federal Highway agency plans to open the international conference “Polymer Modified Bitumen Binders: Innovations in Road Construction” which will be held on 15-16 Mar in Marriott Aurora Hotel in Moscow.
Mr Bystrov also plans to participate in the penal discussion at the conference about the Russian government policy in improving road’s paving through using PMB. The conference’s participants are expected to consider vital problems of road construction, improvement of road paving, production of PMB in Russia.
Russia’s Federal Highway Agency is a state body responsible for initiating of special federal, scientific and technical and innovation programs and projects including the “Highways” subordinate program of the “Modernization of Russian highway system (years 2002-2010)” program.
