Russia’s deputy energy head to speak at international conference on oil products trade on 7-8 Oct

Stanislav Svetlitsky Russia’s deputy energy minister is set to speak at the international conference “Russian Oil Products Market: new trends and opportunities” which will take place in Moscow on 7-8 Oct.
His report will be dedicated to oil assessment issues and ways to improve oil products trade in a bid to boost transparency of oil products prices on the domestic market.
In line with the Russian government order the energy ministry now drafts measures which will enable define prices on the domestic products market using indexes. Along with the Federal Antimonopoly Service the energy ministry’s experts believe that new indexes will ensure fair pricing on the domestic products market and prevent conflicts between oil companies and state controlling bodies.
